So I have been PvPing with an E-Denial Mesmer (the one on PvX wiki, it uses E-Surge), and it says standard Metagame Equipment for a Mesmer. Can someone show me a good site that gives you a run-down on what each class should have in terms of Health, Energy, Energy Regeneration and such?

It all depends on the build you are running. Suggestions on Stats and equipment suggested to use for particular builds are on PVX.

yeah i would use PVX becuase they give u the best builds and equipments needed.

Generally survivor armor, a +5 energy +30 hp spear, and 7 shields with +30hp and +10al vs the different types. Thats slot 1.

Slot two should have a 40/40 set. Thats a wand with aptitude not attitude, and a wrapping of memory, with a focus with forget me not and focus core of aptitude.

Finally you should have a high energy set with same mods as the 40/40 except live for the day/sieze the day in the inscription slots.

If using too main attributes run two 40/40's. If not, then in final slot run a weapon with brains not brawn and a shield to "hide" energy.

Finally, on armor the runes for the attributes you are using. 1 Sup vigour and the rest vitae. Dont use sups, only use majors if it helps you attain a good breakpoint.

firstly, dont use wiki... lum got it for wep swap. On my monk i have 640 health in my defensive set (lums set 1) and 35 energy 4r, 40/40 is something around 42 energy 590 health, i use a prot staff +5 +20% 20% for enchant wep swap (standard meta WoH mo/a) basically sums it up.
